DBR has been revolutionary. The other methods have only touched the surface. All I wanted from the beginning of the therapy was to reunite with myself and my parts and no one can fully heal without reaching the levels that DBR offers. The method is so gentle that it is laughable.
DBR can change the world. People who are traumatized can get help. Even EMDR does not touch more than the surface. The combination of DBR not hurting and going deep means that the body can once again turn towards what was previously unbearable. That DBR is gentle and goes deep is absolutely crucial.
